1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things between page loads — for example that you are signed in. This policy explains the cookies Classable uses.
2. We use only necessary cookies
Classable uses strictly necessary cookies to run the Service securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. The cookies we set are:
- Sign-in / session — keeps you authenticated while you use the app, so you are not asked to log in on every page.
- Security — helps protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.
- Preferences — remembers choices such as your theme.
- Pre-launch preview (temporary) — while the site is in private pre-launch, a cookie remembers that your browser has been granted early access. It is removed at public launch.
3. Consent and your choices
Today we set only strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent. We are adding a cookie consent banner that will let you accept or reject any non-essential cookies. Until you give consent through that banner, no analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies will be set — strictly necessary cookies remain on so the Service can work.
4. Third-party cookies
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we introduce privacy-friendly, first-party analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent through the cookie banner first.
5. Managing cookies
You can withdraw or change your cookie choices at any time through the consent banner, and you can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies we use today are strictly necessary, blocking them may stop you from signing in or prevent parts of the Service from working correctly.
