How to report copyright infringement, reach our designated agent, and file a counter-notice.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Overview

Classable (operated by Jibble Ltd) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Some features let users upload content (for example profile photos and files). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we will respond to properly submitted notices.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

Send copyright-infringement notices to our Designated Agent:

  • By email: paulmiu@jibble.io
  • By post: DMCA Agent, Jibble Ltd, Devonshire House, 582 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, Middlesex, HA7 1JS, United Kingdom

3. Filing a takedown notice

To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include substantially the following (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

4. What we do with a valid notice

When we receive a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted it. We may forward your notice (including your contact details) to that user.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above. It must include your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, together with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

6. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

7. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages. Please make sure your claim is valid before filing.
