Sub-processors
The third-party providers that help us run Classable, what they do, and where they process data.

This page lists the sub-processors Classable engages to deliver the Service. It is referenced by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
1. About this list
To provide the Classable Service, Jibble Ltd engages a small number of trusted third-party providers (“sub-processors”) that process personal data on our behalf under contract. We impose data protection obligations on each sub-processor that are no less protective than those we commit to, and we remain responsible for their performance. We do not sell personal data, and sub-processors may use the data only to provide their service to us.
2. Current sub-processors
The providers below process personal data as part of delivering the Service:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL / Amazon Web Services, Inc. — cloud hosting, compute, database and storage infrastructure. Processing location: European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1).
- Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), provided by AWS — delivery of transactional email such as sign-in, security and account notifications. Processing location: European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1).
- Google LLC — authentication and single sign-on (Google SSO) for users who choose to sign in with Google. Processing location: United States, under appropriate transfer safeguards.
3. Where data is processed
Classable's core infrastructure and data storage are located in the European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1). Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the EEA or the UK — for example optional Google sign-in — we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with any additional safeguards required.
4. Changes and notifications
We may update this list as our infrastructure evolves. When we intend to add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page and the date above. To subscribe to change notifications so you can review and, where applicable, object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds, contact us at paulmiu@jibble.io.
