Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Classable.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Classable platform, websites and applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. The Service

Classable is a school attendance and management platform that includes attendance capture, timetables, reporting, communication and related features. Available features depend on the plan you choose, as described on our pricing page. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are intended for school administrators and staff, not for pupils to self-register.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations.
  • Attempt to access, probe or breach the security of the Service or other organizations' data.
  • Upload malicious code, or scrape, overload or interfere with the Service.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful.

5. Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you and your organization enter (“Customer Data”). You grant Classable a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service.

You are the data controller for the personal data you process through the Service (including pupil and staff data) and are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consents. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Plans, trials and billing

Classable offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business) as described on the pricing page, with custom Enterprise arrangements available. Paid plans may be offered with a free trial. Fees, billing cycles and any applicable taxes will be presented before you subscribe, and we will give reasonable notice of price changes. You can upgrade or downgrade as described on the pricing page; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.

8. Intellectual property

Classable and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the limited right to use the Service. You keep all rights in your Customer Data.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classable disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classable's (Jibble Ltd's) total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the Service in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination you may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with our retention practices.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
