Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. You get the entire platform — gradebook, parent portal, chat, events, advanced reports and exports, multi-campus, roles, audit log, Google SSO, API access and the mobile app — for up to 60 students, with unlimited teachers. No credit card, no time limit. Only the student cap is lower than on paid plans.

What's the difference between the plans?

Every plan includes every feature — there's nothing gated behind a higher tier. You only pay for a higher student limit (60 / 300 / 1,500 / unlimited) and a higher level of support. On Enterprise you also get white-glove extras: a dedicated customer success manager, guided onboarding and migration, a DPA and compliance paperwork, and custom contracts and invoicing.

Do paid plans have a free trial?

Yes. Pro and Business start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card up front. Explore every feature of the tier, and if it's not for you, you simply drop back to the Free plan and keep your data. You only pay when you decide to continue.

Question 4

How does annual billing save money?

Accepted Answer

Choose annual billing and you pay roughly 20% less than paying month-to-month — about two months free every year. You're billed once for the year; the price shown on the annual toggle is the equivalent monthly rate.

What counts as a student?

Accepted Answer

An active, enrolled student in your organization. Teachers, owners and parents are never counted, and teachers are always unlimited on every plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Accepted Answer

Any time. Upgrade the moment you outgrow a tier and you keep all your data. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

Question 7

Do paid plans renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once billing is live, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate, so your access continues uninterrupted. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. (Paid billing isn't switched on yet — these are the standard terms that apply once you activate a paid plan.)

What happens if I go over my student limit?

Nothing breaks. We'll let you know you're approaching the cap and prompt you to upgrade — we never lock you out of attendance you've already taken.

Do you offer discounts for large institutions?

Do you support SSO and integrations?

Yes — on every plan. Google SSO and API access are included from Free upwards, so you can integrate with your existing identity, student-information and data-sync systems on any tier.
