Behaviour and conduct notes
Keep dated, staff-only notes on a student — positive, neutral, concern or incident.
Behaviour and conduct notes let staff keep a running, dated record of how a student is doing beyond their marks.
The Notes tab
Open a student's profile and go to the Notes tab. This tab is staff-only — students do not see it. Each note is dated and given a category so the record stays easy to scan:
- Positive — something that went well.
- Neutral — a plain observation or note for the record.
- Concern — an early worry worth tracking.
- Incident — a specific event that needs recording.
Who can see conduct
The Notes tab itself is only for staff. Conduct does, however, appear on the read-only parent view: a parent opening the portal with their access code or private link can see the child's conduct alongside grades, honor roll and class rank.
