The student portal

When a student signs in, they get their own portal — a private view of just their own school life. They can never see another student’s data or any staff screen.

The Dashboard is home

A student lands on the Dashboard, their home screen. It’s "your school at a glance": your attendance rate, your grades, today’s schedule and the latest announcements, each with a "View all →" link to the full page.

The student menu

• Dashboard — the at-a-glance home.
• My grades — subjects and averages, with a Term filter.
• My attendance — totals and every session (paged).
• My timetable — a Week/Month calendar of your classes.
• Chat — message your teachers and classmates.
• Announcements — notices from your teachers and school.
• Check in — scan the session QR to mark yourself present.
• My QR code — show your own code for a teacher to scan.
• My profile — your own details as held by the school.

Note: Giving a student an account is optional (see "Student accounts and the student view"). The portal is available on every plan.
