Inviting a teacher

Invite colleagues from the Teachers page. Everyone you invite joins with the Teacher role.

1. Open Teachers from the sidebar.
2. In the "Invite a teacher" area, enter their email address.
3. Send the invitation.

What happens next

• If they already have an account, they get an in-app invitation to accept or decline (they are not added automatically).
• If they do not have an account yet, an email invite is sent with a link to join. Invitations expire after 7 days.

Note: Inviting requires the "Manage people" capability. Owners always have it; teachers only if it has been granted to them.
