Notifications

The bell in the top bar shows activity that concerns you, with a red count for unread items. It updates in real time.

What triggers a notification

• A new chat message in a conversation you are part of.
• An invitation to join a school as a teacher.
• Being marked absent (shown on the student’s own account).

Reading and clearing

Click the bell to open the list. Click "Mark read" on an item to clear it. Invitation notifications show Accept and Decline buttons instead.
