Give parents access with the parent portal

The parent portal gives families a read-only window into their child's progress — without the friction of creating accounts.

How it works

Each student can be given a parent access code. A parent opens the portal, enters the code, and sees a read-only view of:

• Attendance (present / late / absent / excused)
• Grades and conduct, plus honor roll status and class rank
• The information is always current, straight from the same data teachers see.

Sharing the code

From a student's profile, generate or copy the parent access code and share it with the family. There's nothing to install and no password to manage.

Resetting access

If a code needs to change, you can reset access from the student's profile, which invalidates the old code.
