Sending a report to a parent

You can send a student's report card to their parents by email, or give parents a link they can open without an account.

Email the report

1. Open the student's profile from the Students page.
2. Click "Send to parent".
3. The report is generated as a PDF and emailed to the parent email addresses on file.

The button is disabled if no parent emails are recorded; hover it to see who the report will go to.

Parent link

Use "Parent link" on the student's profile to get a read-only web link to their report. Parents can open it directly — no login required.

Note: Email delivery requires your school's mail settings to be configured. If they are not, you will see a "not configured" result.
