Statistics and insights

The Statistics page gives a school-wide view of attendance and teaching activity.

What it shows

• Status totals — total Present, Late, Absent and Excused records.
• School attendance trend (last 30 days) — a chart of the daily attendance rate.
• Attendance by class — a bar per class showing its attendance rate, colored green/amber/red.
• Teaching hours this month — hours worked per teacher, from ended sessions this calendar month.

The Period filter

A "Period" selector at the top drives every block on the page. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This term (uses your current term — set one in Settings), or Custom for a specific From/To range.

Note: Statistics is included on every plan. If you do not see it in the sidebar, check your role — visibility depends on your role, not your plan.
