The student report and transcript
What the downloaded student report card contains.
A student report combines attendance and grades into one document you can download as CSV, Excel or PDF.
What is included
- Attendance — Present, Late, Absent, Excused, Total and Rate.
- Grades / transcript — per subject: the subject name, the marks recorded, the resulting grade, the average and the credits.
- Summary — for credit/GPA systems this shows GPA, cumulative GPA and total credits; for weighted-average systems (International, UK, Europe) it shows an overall average.
- Honor roll status, and class rank where the student has a class and a rankable overall grade.
In Excel the report has two sheets (Attendance and Grades); in CSV it has two labelled blocks; the PDF lays out the attendance table followed by a grades section.
