Viewing grades by term

Once your school has academic terms (see "Terms and semesters"), a "Term" dropdown appears so you can look at just one term’s marks instead of everything at once.

Where the Term dropdown appears

• Gradebook → Catalog and Gradebook → Reports.
• A student’s own Grades page.

Using it

Pick a term to show only the marks dated within it, and the averages recalculate for that term. Choose "All time" to include every mark. When a current term is set, these views open on it by default; students can switch just the same.

Note: If your school has no terms yet, the dropdown is hidden and everything is shown as "All time". Owners create terms in Settings.
